Community Over Cars is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in Northville in July 2025 - neighbors who believe a few blocks of downtown should be for people, not just cars. We advocate for Northville's seasonal street programming: the outdoor dining, weekend closures, and Town Square investments for Northville's future.
Founded in July 2025 by Kristi Wysocki, COC is fully community-funded — no outside or political backing. We also support local causes like Northville Civic Concern, Silver Springs Elementary’s 50th, and the Ford Field playground through The Declan Carter Victory Run. The 2026 season is under legal threat. We're here to make sure Northville's neighbors - not a lawsuit - decide what our downtown looks like.
